Stephen McCarthy - Managing Director

Rowena joined Space as a Director in January 2010 and heads up the Residential Sales Market for Space Home covering the City Centre and South County Dublin areas. Rowena brings with her a vast experience and knowledge of these areas having previously worked since 2000 with Daphne Kaye & Associates and more recently as city centre Branch Manager with Savills Auctioneers.

Robert heads up the Allsop Space auction team and brings over 10 years’ property experience to the firm. Having worked previously in Savills as a senior negotiator in the Country House & Estate Department for 8 years, Robert has a keen understanding of the national residential market, and extensive experience in dealing with overseas purchasers. He now manages an ever-expanding expert team with responsibility for the smooth operation of what has become a globally-reported success, and an established route to market for those who wish to sell real estate assets in an efficient and hassle free manner, with maximum return.

Pauline heads up Space Work, our new commercial property department. Pauline has over 15 years property management experience, working with Aviette Limited, Dunloe Ewart plc and the ZOE Group. Pauline’s experience has spanned from single retail unit to large retail shopping centres, retail and office parks, industrial, residential and mixed use developments. Previous to working in property, Pauline was employed as a Legal Executive with Noel Smyth & Partners.

Having gained vast experience over the last 12 years in the financial industry as a mortgage broker with Sherry Fitzgerald covering all areas of Dublin, Carole joined Space in March 2009. With a passion for the property market, she specialises in the residential lettings of South Dublin.

Selina heads up our Management Division and comes to Space Property with 10 years experience in property management having worked previously for Danninger Developments looking after large portfolios of up to 2,000 properties.

Barra joined Space Property in May 2011 with responsibility for our commercial property service. Barra formerly worked with Alanis where he was responsible for the Asset Management of an investment portfolio worth in excess of €3 billion. Prior to working with Alanis Barra was Commercial Property Advisor with Lisney and Cushman & Wakefield. Barra worked with Jones Lang LaSalle for five years as a Property Manager and a Property Negotiator.

Eben joins Space Work to help maintain and enhance the value of our clients property assets, whilst delivering a prompt and professional service to the tenants. Eben has over 5 years experience in the building, facilities and property management with Knight Frank Management, and with his technical background and hands on approach he will be a tremendous asset to our clients.

Linda joins Space Home having previously worked in the role of Senior Sales Negotiator for Savills (HOK Residential) at their South County Dublin branch in Blackrock.

Graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of Limerick in 2008. Jonathan joined Space in November 2008 having previously worked with Sherry Fitzgerald in their New Homes Division. After working for the Lettings Department for 2 years, Jonathan has moved into the Allsop Space Auction team where he has been involved with our very successful highly publicised distressed property auctions.

John Shannon joined us in June 2010 with over 10 years experience in asset finance, commercial property & residential property. He brought expertise to the residential letting department working alongside Carole Kildunne and Jonathan Fenn before he transferred to the auction team.

Ciara joins Space Lettings to work alongside Carole Kildunne. Ciara has gained a vast experience with over 8 years in residential property, working for Hooke and McDonald and Wyse

Graduated with an honours degree in Valuations & Surveying from from DIT Bolton Street in June 2010. Ellen joined Space Property in July 2011 as a member of the Sales Team working closely with Rowena Quinn and Linda Reck. Previously, Ellen has worked in CB Richard Ellis as part of the Property Information Consultancy (PIC) department in CB Richard Ellis

Aideen joined Space in May 2011, having previously worked with Lennon Heather Solicitors as a Legal Executive. Aideen now provides legal administrative support in the Auction Department.

Jennifer joined Space in March 2011, having previously worked in the legal sector. Jennifer provides administrative support within the auction department.

Karen moves to Space Work from the Heiton Group, where she has been directly involved in accounts, finance and human resources functions. Karen’s experiences and accounts qualifications will provide a sound back office basis for the division which has recently experienced significant growth.

Karen joins Space Property as Office Manager. Karen graduated with a degree in Property Studies from Bolton Street (done in conjunction with the IAVI) in February 2003. Karen has 15 years experience in the property industry having previously worked with the Harper O’Grady, the Sherry FitzGerald Group and Fogarty Financial & Auctioneering, Carlow/Kilkenny.
