Space is a newly established, independent and professional firm with a 'can-do' attitude covering all aspects of residential property. Under the umbrella of Space we operate the following businesses:

Space Home specialising in residential sales
Space Work specialising in commercial property
Space Let specialising in the letting of all residential properties
Space Manage looks after all aspects of the day to day management of a property

We are particularly proud of the hands on service that we provide to our clients and strive extremely hard to produce the best possible quality of presentation within our advertising and marketing literature. Stephen Mc Carthy - Director of Space Property

Steve established Space in November 2008 having recognised that home owners and home buyers needed a service which placed them at the centre of the transaction.As a result the Rentals service has been very quickly followed by Residential Sales, justifying Steve's original business beliefs.

Rowena Quinn IAVI - Director of Residential Sales

Rowena joined Space as a Director in January 2010 and will be heading up the Residential Sales Market for Space Home covering the City Centre and South County Dublin areas. Rowena brings with her a vast experience and knowledge of these areas having previously worked since 2000 with Daphne Kaye & Associates and more recently as city centre Branch Manager with Savills Auctioneers.

Linda Reck Assoc IAVI Senior Sales Negotiator

Linda joins Space Home having previously worked in the role of Senior Sales Negotiator for Savills (HOK Residential) at their South County Dublin branch in Blackrock.

Robert Hoban - Residential Agent

Robert joins us from Savills, where he has worked for over seven years in the top end of the residential market. Having specialised in the sale of Country Houses and Estates, Robert has handled some of Ireland’s most high profile residential sales in recent years.

Jonathan Fenn - Letting Agent

Graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of Limerick in 2008. Jonathan joined Space in November 2008 having previously worked with Sherry Fitzgerald in their New Homes Division. Jonathan specialises in the residential lettings of apartments and houses throughout South Dublin.

Carole Kildunne - Senior Letting Agent

Having gained vast experience over the last 12 years in the financial industry as a mortgage broker with Sherry Fitzgerald covering all areas of Dublin, Carole joined Space in March 2009. With a passion for the property market, she specialises in the residential lettings of South Dublin.

John Shannon joined us in June 2010 with over 10 years experience in asset finance, commercial property & residential property. He brings his expertise to the residential letting department working alongside Carole Kildunne and Jonathan Fenn.

Selina heads up our Management Division and comes to Space Property with 10 years experience in property management having worked previously for Danninger Developments looking after large portfolios of up to 2,000 properties.

Marion Lane - Office Manager

Marion graduated from Fairfield Secretarial College, Rathgar, and gained considerable experience and knowledge in the property market. Since 1998 Marion has worked for Lisney, Savills and Vincent Finnegan Auctioneers. She joined Space in January 2010 as Office Manager / Head of Administration.
