Property Management Service Includes

Property Rentals

• Advertise property, source suitable tenants and complete all necessary reference checks
• Receive/handle security deposit & first months rent
• Create & sign 2 lease copies
• Process standing order to correct account & forward to relevant bank
• Process signed PRTB forms on Landlords behalf
• Ensure that property is in “move in” condition
• Organise for BER assessment

Management

Handling of all tenants queries including:-

• Rent payments/standing orders
• Property maintenance & repairs
• Move out inspections & deposit refunds. Six monthly inspections of all managed properties to ascertain any necessary/unreported repairs/problems
